Pre Order Policy

At the point of purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts our Terms of Service and all associated policies as delineated on our website. Full payment for all orders is required at the time of checkout.

REFUNDS ON PRE ORDERS

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all pre-orders refunded to the original payment method. Pre-orders can be fully canceled for store credit.

Instances of delayed release dates, product allocation shortfalls, and other logistical, manufacturing, or distribution impediments beyond our purview will not constitute grounds for exceptions to this policy.

Pre-Order Price Guarantee

In the event of a price reduction for a pre-ordered product prior to its official release, the customer will receive a credit equivalent to the price difference. This credit will could be redeemable both online and in-store for subsequent purchases.

Conversely, should the price of a pre-ordered product increase, the original purchase price will be honored.

All singles sales are final.
