Tournament Structure:  Rounds will end with1 Clear Winner (only 1 X-0) OR 5th round max

Prizing:

‣ X-0: 40% of the prize pool + Winner Promo

‣ X-1: share 50% of the prize pool

‣X-2 will be involved if there is 5 round (17 above) :

‣X-0/first place 30% prize pool

‣X-1 35% split prize pool

‣x-2 25% split prize pool

‣ Each player will add $25 to the prize pool

‣ Ties count as losses for purposes of prizing.

‣ Prizes and raffles will be adjusted according to the number of participants.
