Refund policy

REFUNDS ON SINGLES ORDERS

All singles purchases are considered final sales and are ineligible for refunds.

REFUNDS ON PRE-ORDERS

A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all pre-orders refunded to the original payment method. Pre-orders can be fully cancelled for store credit.

REFUNDS ON REGULAR PRICED ORDERS

Refunds to the original payment method are available for all items, provided the order has not been fulfilled or processed. Once your order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled or altered.

Please note that orders exceeding $300 will incur a 5% restocking fee to cover non-refundable card processing fees.

REFUNDS ON Event Ticket

Cancellation subject to a 10% Cancellation fee without exception. Please check your schedule before confirm the booking.

RETURNS

Returns are not accepted for TCG products, sports cards, opened products, or products with manufacturing defects.

For first-time purchases over $500, we require a valid photo ID to verify that the payment method matches the provided mailing address. If verification cannot be provided, we may be unable to ship your order.

For orders flagged by Shopify as high risk, Kadoone reserves the right to cancel the order. A 10% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from the refund.

We take these steps to protect both our customers and our store from fraudulent transactions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
